At South Bay Nannies we represent only the most qualified professional caregivers. We treasure the relationships that we have built with nannies over the years and these relationships form the foundation of our business. Our high standards reflect the standards of our clients who spend a considerable amount of time and energy investing in their own relationships with their children. That’s why we work hard to find a suitable match for both nanny and family alike. We understand that the long-term happiness of families and their nannies will ultimately determine our success and we welcome dedicated nannies with great attitudes and a genuine passion for children and childcare.

Our Application Process:

  1.  Email South Bay Nannies with a professional resume with a picture. Follow up with a phone call to confirm receipt and for a brief telephone interview.
  2.  All in-person interviews are by appointment only.
  3. Please bring to your appointment, the following items: California Driver License, Social Security Card and Proof of Legal Residency, One Page Resume, Letters of Reference & Contact Numbers of Former Employers, Current CPR Certification, Results of a Recent Tuberculosis Test, proof of Tdap vaccination and any other Childcare Related Documentation.
  4. All references are verified by South Bay Nannies.
