HIRING PROCESS

A personal approach from Day One.
South Bay Nannies works in partnership with families to ensure that our clients are introduced to a customized short list of qualified local candidates who meet their needs and who we consider to be some of the best professional nannies in the industry.

Quality and experience are our cornerstones.
After many years in the child care industry our strong following among professional nannies allows us to keep track of the availability of top professional nannies. Many of the introductions we make are “pocket listings” for nannies that would otherwise be difficult to find. We are also constantly interviewing new nanny applicants. Part of the joy of our work is getting to know our candidates and insuring the long-term growth and maintenance of these wonderful relationships.

The importance of the Right Fit.
We believe in the nannies we represent and there is zero obligation to hire a short-listed candidate. We strongly recommend that families do trial days with and call references for candidates to get to a point where your family feels comfortable making a hiring decision.
